Cancellation and Refund

At Anantaura, we value your trust and aim to offer a seamless and satisfactory shopping experience. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy to understand your rights and how we handle cancellations, returns, and refunds.

🧘‍♀️ For Customers (Product Purchases)

✅ Order Cancellation

• Before Dispatch:
  You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it has been dispatched, whichever occurs first.
  To request a cancellation, please email us at anantaura@gmail.com .
• After Dispatch:
  Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may still be eligible for a return or exchange once you receive the item (see below).

🔄 Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

✔️ Eligible for Return:

• You received the wrong item
• The product was damaged or defective
• An expired item was delivered

To initiate a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.

❌ Not Eligible for Return:

• Product has been used or opened
• Product is not in original packaging
• Personal care items (e.g., oils, incense, yantras, etc.) for hygiene and spiritual reasons, unless damaged
• Return due to change of mind or dislike of energy/fragrance

💰 Refund Terms

• Once your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI after verification.

📦 General Conditions

• All refund or cancellation requests must be sent via email to anantaura@gmail.com.
• Returned products must be unused, sealed, and in original condition.
• The return package must be sent to our address within 5 days of return approval (return address will be shared by our support team).
• Anantaura reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not meet these conditions.
