Refund & Replacement Policy – Anantaura

At Anantaura, we focus on delivering thoughtfully curated products. Due to the nature of our offerings, we do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been successfully delivered.

No Refunds
  • All sales are final.
  • We do not accept returns or provide refunds for reasons such as change of mind, personal preferences, or delayed delivery.
Replacement Eligibility

We offer replacement only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is incorrect
  • The product received is damaged
  • The product has a manufacturing defect
Replacement Conditions
  • Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • An unboxing video is mandatory for replacement claims
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging


Once verified, a replacement of the same product will be shipped at no additional cost.

Non-Eligible Cases
Replacements will not be provided if:
  • Damage is caused due to misuse or mishandling
  • The claim is raised after 48 hours
  • No valid proof is provided
